Yes , parallel universes may exist.
They may even not.
The game of curiosity of parallel universe is totally based on probability.
So we can say that either they exist or they don't.
Parallel universe can also be a conclusion of presence of infinite number of universes around ours.
So presence of infinite number of universes leads to infinite possibilities of everything either happening or not.
Means in another universes everything can happen as it happens in our universe or there can be nothing common , or there can be something common and so on upto infinite possibilities.
In the above paragraph everything means literally everything. Not just every object or matter but time , dimension , and even the movies made in our universe.
There can exist a universe where every dimension , matter is same but it can happen that it's time is slower than ours of its time reverses itself and every pattern.
So we could say that out of these infinite possibilities , one possibility could be the exact same , copy to copy , like our universe , same you same me and same EVERYTHING*.
Or there could be some universe whose time continuously changes its speed , sometimes it's slower than us and sometimes equal to our time and sometimes faster than ours. So when the other universe which contain everything that our universe does but it's time runs at different speed , but in a while it's time links with our time , yes that time could be a formation of parallel universe , but the moment that time linkage is disturbed , parallel connection would be lost.
It's a totally hypothetical concept and one can just imagine their presence.
Still no solid proof has been found.
